There are several types of residency interviews: program director or faculty interviews, panel interviews, and open-file or closed-file formats, plus clinical vignette and ethics questions. Some programs also include virtual social sessions.

How to answer so you show patient care experience, teamwork, communication skills, and clear fit for the specialty and program.
STEP 4
Mock Interview (follow-up)
Several days later you will have a follow-up mock interview with timed answers and final feedback so you are prepared.
