Review the program’s published training goals and your relevant experiences. Explain the connection using specific clinical learning, teamwork, service, or scholarship.

Use Personally Observed Examples

Describe what you did, the responsibilities you held, and the feedback or learning that followed. Do not claim a team’s entire result as your own or imply that observation was independent clinical practice.

Explain Your Interest in the Program
